  • Horrible customer service I ordered a soup to go the manager served it to me. It was served with the lid open and the bag was not knotted up. Causing soup to spill all over my seat. Called them to let them know of their short comings and not even an apology was offered. The manager "Jimmy" didn't even bother responding to my call or messages. Would never return, hakka places are known for their lack of courtesy or care for the customers but this is just ridiculous.
