  • what a horrible company! found the deal on craigslist and thought wow! booked them to come between 1-4pm. i kept calling after 4pm to find out where the movers are. the person on the other line kept saying they have been dispatched and should be there any minute and would have the driver get in touch with me. finally, they did show up TWO hours late and said oh we had trouble finding your phone number. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN I LEFT IT WITH YOUR COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES??? by this time, i had already found other help, so i sent them on their way. this company is utterly useless and completely unprofessional. there is no proper communication from their end except for a series of lies. they don't even own their own trucks. the guys brought a rental truck from budget. i will NEVER recommend them to anyone. moving is already a hassle, but this company made it 10x harder than it had to be.
