  • Everyone was nice but these guys are idiots and clearly don't talk to each other. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They asked me for my wheel lock key. I had no idea what that was but anything the dealership gave me I had put in the glove box. I let them know that it was probably in the glove compartment and they told me they would find it. 3 different guys had to tell me they couldn't find it. So I couldn't get my tires rotated. When they were finished changing my oil I started driving away. Out of curiosity I looked in my glove compartment and there was a small bag with a picture on it. I pulled it out and there was the wheel lock key that 3 different guys could not find. I doubt I will go back.
