| - I'm very disappointed with my recent experience with this Nissan dealership.
I've had many Nissan vehicles over the years and actually purchased my last vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago and didn't have an issue. With that in mind, I decided to buy my next Nissan from them. Sadly this is the first time I've had a horrible experience with a car dealership.
Our sales consultant was pleasant throughout the process but honestly who isn't especially if you want to sell a car. Once we signed, many issues arouse. My brand new 2017 Murano not only was missing basic equipment (car floor mats, extra key) but had the chip for our navigation missing. My vehicle also had scratches on one side but also on the headlight. I was so disappointed because I trusted the employees to ensure my vehicle had everything before I drive off the lot.
I was sadden how we tried to contact our main sale consultant with our issue and he completely ignored us and had others talk to us because "he was too busy." He didn't even want to try to speak with us to even assure us that our issue will be resolved. I guess once you make a sale, you're no longer important.
However I do want to knowledge one amazing consultant. Jack Chammas was outstanding! He not only was there when we needed him but when we drove in the next day, he greeted us and asked us what was wrong and quickly got us the people we needed to speak to. He checked up on us, making sure our process was going smoothly and getting resolved. That ladies and gentlemen, is an outstanding employee and sales consultant. Honestly he and only he should have gotten our sale. He's fantastic!!!
Once we got our vehicle fixed, we went to pick it up and was surprised how unprofessional the service/parts department was. It took them an hour to find our keys and once we received them, the cashier just handed it to us and told us to go find our car in the lot. Let me know if I'm asking for too much, but I'm used to having my vehicle driven to the entrance for me instead of sending me on a wild goose chase.
Once I open my car, checking everything was placed and fixed, I noticed how dirty they left the inside. They didn't even bother to clean my vehicle after they serviced it. Honestly I was so upset I just drove off hoping I'll never have to come back.
Thankfully they replaced everything that was missing and fixed the vehicle but I was disappointed with the overall service that took 10 days to fix. I'm so sadden by my experience.
