  • Please do your research before using this company for springs and bearings. They charge double the price of what other companies charge for the same thing. We called Arizona Garage Door & Repair (a company that came out to our house in the past) and Quick Reponse came out instead ?? We scheduled a tune-up, but the guy that came out said our spring was broken and the bearings needed to be replaced. I found prices for springs that were half the price but the guy said that was per spring (which wasn't true according to other companies). Anyway, if I had known that our springs and bearings needed to be replaced, I would not have used this company and will not use them in the future. By the way, the guy didn't even replace our bearings.
