  • My husband and I had a hole in our roof and some missing tiles, from a raccoon. The first place we engaged, Handy Manny's, stood us up-Charlotte Pro Roofing came up in a google search as a well-reviewed company. I spoke to Alex on the phone, and he sent out Vladimir to do the estimate of repairs. He took photos and showed us not only the hole, but several places where caulk had cracked, and nails were coming loose. The price estimate was fair, and they scheduled the repair for 5 or 6 days later. I believe it was Alex who came out and did the actual labor. He showed up on time, and went right to work. Within 3 hours the work was completed. The company even came back the next week to clean off the leaves and twigs on top of our roof, and to blow out autumn debris from our roof gutters. This company delivered what they promised, and were prompt and polite. If you have roof issues, call Alex at Charlotte Pro Roofing!
