I find that Barsa follows suit with much of the Toronto restaurant scene. The focus seemed to be on the façade, and not the food. What we ate wasn't bad by any means. It just didn't feel inspired at all, and fell a little short. The cocktail list was impressive, and there were a variety of Sangria options. The décor leaves an impression, both indoor and out. The only real standout to me was the grilled octopus on a bed of curried chickpeas.
