| - We started off with the compressed watermelon (mango, coconut tapioca, yuzu and lychee vinaigrette - $15) was amazing! The watermelon was nice a crisp and the yuzu/lychee vinaigrette made it super refreshing. Highly recommend! In fact, it may be good to have in between appetizer(s) and meal - it makes a great palate cleanser. The Local mushroom risotto (porcini powder, truffle, asparagus shavings - $16) was delicious as well as the Chilled carrot and orange soup (crystallized ginger, cilantro cream -$8), and I don't even like carrots. The pan seared jumbo scallops (garlic cream, fennel and radish slaw, coconut and lemongrass broth - $32) was also very good - cooked to perfection, except it was way too salty. Overall, this is a delicious place
