After 14 years of being a loyal cox customer and paying on time you'd think they'd treat you Better! It's now been 48 full hours without TV, a tech was to come to my home from 5-7 today and no one shows! I call and they say " I'll send it to dispatch " you can use the contour app!!! I've had intermittent service for over a month now with my TV out for half the day every day, I've dealt with it due to a busy schedule, the one day I schedule someone to come out, leave work early they DON'T EVEN SHOW UP!! I had my whole home re wired 2 years ago, a tech out laser September for the same issue and yet here we are.... why would you treat your customers like this? I'll be blasting this wherever I can. Not that it'll do much! But there's no way I'm paying for a service I do not recieve!!!
