  • I have been a patient here for over a year. This office is the best that I have ever experienced. I have not been an easy patient, especially as one that is relatively new to this practice. Dr. Shoemaker has dealt with my health issues with professionalism and outstanding medical knowledge. He spends the time needed to address my medical issues with every attention to detail possible. He spends the time to ensure that every aspect of the potential problem is addressed. He even drove after hours to meet me in the emergency room to make sure that they were attending to my medical needs. He honestly is someone that should be recognized as one of the premier doctors in Nevada. Marcy, who is part of his staff, is by far the the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable person that I have encountered in a medical office. She has been incredible asset in my recovery. She has treated me with the utmost respect and has attended to my insurance fiascos with patience and diligence. When I had been struggling with pain management during a recent visit, she went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of in a timely and efficient way. I cannot express how much the support that she has provided has eased the burden of some of the stress associated with an illness.
