That salt air margarita is the perfect margarita. I'm serious. Lining the rim of the glass with salt is so last century and China Poblano evolves the drink by making the salt into the foam at the top of the beverage. Let's ignore the food for a second and talk about this.
I'm not a huge fan of margaritas, mostly because the salt/rim/booze/drink ratio is wildly inconsistent. Either I've got a mouth full of salt and a little bit of boozy taste or I'm tasting the margarita with some watered down salt from an area of the glass I've already drank from. Look, I'm a busy guy. I'm too busy to look down at my glass and play rotation monitor with my salt level. As a result, I'm never too pleased with my drink.
With the invention of the salt air margarita, the salt/drink ratio is perfect every time. I don't need to look away from the person I'm with or my important stock bond real estate portfolio hedge fund papers so that I can assure myself a proper drink. Each sip is engineered to not screw with my ratio. It's great.
The 20 vegetable fried rice is the best food item. All other food items are fine but not as impressive.
