  • Long story short, someone hit my car in a parking lot and caused some pretty bad damage to my passenger side door. My car is only 2 years old, and was frustrated that there was huge damage on it already. I was stressing out and had to get the job done asap. I found this shop with a quick google search of a body shop in the area (i work in the area). I decided to click on George Auto Body because of all the amazing reviews. I dealt with John the shop manager and he gave me a quick quote on the spot, and I knew it was going to be pricey, but for a cash deal he lowered down the price. I rely on a car to go around for work and he offered that he had a deal with a local enterprise to get a rental car. He called them in for me right away and told me that he will do the job as quick as he can for me, but really takes pride in doing the work precise, and not cutting any corners. He told me he doesn't use any cheap materials, and makes sure the job is done to the best of his ability. I came in at a busy time, but he was able to get my car done within one day. AMAZING. When picking up the car, I realized he washed the outside, fixed some minor scratched and a little dent in my front bumper I've been meaning to get done but for NO CHARGE, he even cleaned my dirty winter mats inside my car. I seriously cannot stress how great his customer service is. It's really hard to find genuine people who really care about their customers and will take the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Also he mentioned that I have a no time limit warranty on any of the repairs he had made, even the ones he didn't charge for. I am more than thrilled, and have found the body shop i will be going to the rest of my life, because of the experience i had. Thank you John, and to George's daughter who were such great people to deal with. Amazing shop. Amazing Service. Genuine People.
