  • Our refrigerator died on us suddenly, of course right after we got home from Costco with an SUV full of perishables. D'oh! After we rushed our food over to the neighbor's house, I started calling appliance repair companies on Yelp. Most of them couldn't see us for days but Song, the owner, happened to be right up the street from us, finishing up on another repair. Son't isn't a million-dollar company with huge repair vans and an army of staff...it's just him. But like with any good, small business owner, he knows how to treat people fairly, not gouge them on the repair, and get the job done quick, knowing he'll get repeat business in the future. He luckily had the parts we needed to fix our non-cooling cooler and within 15 minutes he had our refrigerator up and running cooler than Santa's backyard in the North Pole. The price for the work and parts were fair and I would absolutely call him for any future repairs we may have. His business card is now super-glued to the side of the fridge, right next to the bacon magnet. Thanks Song...you da man!
