  • Overall: I would not recommend unless you're OK paying a very high price with minimal service. Selection of high end items is good though, and they have working showers to test the heads. Service: 2 stars. When I walked in, I passed by 2 employees sitting at their desks. There was only 1 other customer in the store, and another employee was already helping that customer. The 2 other employees barely looked up at me, and didn't bother to ask if I needed help even though I walked around for 10 minutes. When I asked for some help, the employee assisting me seemed like I was an inconvenience. Selection: 3 stars. They had a very large selection of mostly very high end products. They would do more business if they carried some more mid-tier priced items too. On the plus side, they have working showers to test the shower heads. Price: 2 stars. The products are very very expensive. I was shopping for a shower set (rain head, shower arm, valve), and the lowest set was about $1,000. I realize they are better quality than Home Depot, but their lowest priced set was 300% more than Home Depot's highest priced set.
