We got there in the evening to check in after a 2 day road trip (with an infant).
They had no information about our reservation and despote having a confirmation number they were not willing to figure out what happened to our reservation and we had to pay for a room (even though everything was already paid). We were on the phone for over an hour to solve the issue and they didn't even apologize for messing up. At 10pm !!! (did I mention the baby?) the guy called our room to let us know they won't be charging our card since the room was already paid. Duh! I'm gonna skip details about our key not working the last day because they thought we have checked out.
The beds were clean but the bathroom sink still had beard stubble around the faucet, the carpet was dingy, the hallway smelled musty and the ac/heater was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on.
Although the lobby is nice and remodeled it is way too small. Some guests had to take their breakfast with them. The coffee was horribly thin.
Yes, there is Free wifi but that's the least I expect for paying $100 a night.
This was the worst stay we ever had at a LaQuinta.
