  • I'm sure they are very competent, but They lack integrity. I had the opportunity to donate 5 laptops so they could set them up and donate to veterans. So I took one of their cards in case I had an issue in the future I could use them. I called to see if they could work on my printer when it crapped out. After the greeting from I asked the question and got disconnected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back. I was hung up upon again after asking the question. A simple no would suffice. The level of arrogance that someone has to have to do that is incredibly high. Btw, I went there after just to see if the voice that answered the phone was the same guy who convinced me to donate the laptops. It was. I wonder now if my laptops ever went to help veterans. I assume they weren't because someone with the arrogance and lack of integrity to answer a simple question, most likely used the laptops for the benefit of himself or the store. Oh well, I learned not to to trust this small business. Good luck if you use them.
