I took my daughter the other day to buy a book for school. We didn't know if they would have it but no one was there at the Customer Service desk. So we started looking. Finally a lady asked my daughter if she needed help. She said, yes she is looking for a book called The Bell Jar by Silvia Plath. I was on the other side so she didn't see me. In a rude tone she said (Haven't you ever been to a library before you have to look by last name) then started to pronounce the authors name like my daughter (who is 16) didn't speak English. These people need to read a book on how to treat Customers because this place is obviously slacking in that department. Horrible Customer Service!
