  • I purchased a Honda Grom 2018 ABS from this location two months ago! Sales person was truly uneducated about the the bike even thought he said "he own the exact bike". Going to finance he misunderstood my negotiations so many times the actual manager had to actually come to finish everything with me. Process from going there to coming home took way longer than usual (4hrs). They said they will deliver the bike to me washed and clean ( They never washed or cleaned the bike, bike was in my house super dusty ). I am from california and in california dealer is in charge of title and registration unlike Nevada but finance failed to explain me that even thought they knew I'm not from Vegas. After two months waiting for my plates to come, i called them to check and they said I have to register and get the plates myself from DMV. Find yourself a better dealer and educate yourself before trusting them with your money! Ps. I called about bike not being washed three times and left voice mails; never called me back nor followed up with me.
