  • I was driving back from Duck Creek UT and stop in St George UT. I opened up my trunk and couldn't get it to close. I went to Auto Zone and pick up some straps. I wasn't happy about the way I could only close the truck half way. I search on my phone and found a Mercedes Dealership a mile away. I went to the dealership and see if they could fix my trunk. I had to wait about hour for them to take a look. The service manager came back and said they wouldn't be able to get the part until tomorrow. I ask him how much it would to repair my trunk, He quote over 400.00. Well, I wasn't going to stay overnight in St. George. So I went back and jerry rig the straps, jump in my car and drove back home. I was driving by Sun Auto service and looked up their reviews on Yelp and Google. I turned around and went back. I met a very nice Service Manager, Patrick who understood my problem. He then called around to see when he could get the part. Patrick told me it would be tomorrow and quoted me a price for the part and labor. I saved over 200.00. Patrick told me he would call when the part came in. I only live ten minutes away from the shop. Patrick called the next morning to tell me the part came in and come down anytime. I drove down right away and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. Thank you Patrick and Sun Auto Service for your 10-STAR SERVICE!
