  • This place has a neat location in the most gentrified section of western Cleveland. There's plenty of parking, much to my surprise, and access to the 26 line is good. They do have a one -cup method for brewing their coffee drinks, but they're worth it. I only really come here when I have a lot of time. I'd definitely recommend the Honduran blend. It is four whole dollars, but what sold me on Rising Star is their fair trade commitment and devotion to local activism and conservation. The owner is on the board of Drink Local, Drink Tap!
