We have eaten here half a dozen times over the last 2 years.
This last time was very disappointing
First - too long to get drinks - about 15 min
2nd) No bread - had to ask (Supposed to bring it to every table)
3) Ordered a kids hamburger meal - came BURNT on outside yet still pink in middle - which is incredible....
4) Order the filet medium well - came RARE!! RED RED.....
5) Horseradish Butterfish - was mostly tasteless and undercooked also
6) Rainbow salad - its ALL quinoa - I mean....no salad about it.. misleading description
Mushroom soup is great as always....only thing that was this time.
Service is great - cant seem to cook anything through though without burning it ( And STILL not cooking it through)
A nice high end steakhouse like this HAS to hire chefs that know the basic differences between rare - medium - medium well etc.....I mean...come on.... its ridiculous.
The steak tastes good - just unfortunate that chefs don't take to the time to get it right the first time....
There are FAR too many options for great steak for less in Vegas for this type of lackluster performance.
