My husband and I were in desperate need of bedroom furniture. We had been to several places and ended up liking a set from Ashley. As walking in the door we were approached by Heather. The sale went fine and we were pleased with the purchase. The delivery only took 3 days and upon arrival of the set, I was told by the delivery guy that the wrong set of posts were ordered and that the bed couldn't be set up. He was told by Ashley Furniture to leave and that new posts would be delivered in another week. That upset us very much! They would not work with us on a sooner delivery date and we ended up sleeping on our new mattress on the floor for a week! When it was finally delivered, we were told by Heather that a "bunky" board was not necessary in the support of the bed. We noticed that in certain movements on the bed we heard a cracking from the boards beneath. They were splitting!!!!!!! My husband called the store the next morning and was told that a "manager" would call us about it. No call from the manager. After FIVE attempts to speak to this "manager" for help in fixing it or getting a bunky board, we've received no call from a manager and no resolve as been done on the bed boards. We paid $5000 for this POS!
