My experience has more to do with the service side. Since it was my first time, I decided to try the mushroom tea and I had ordered it incorrectly - I asked for something like, the mushroom tea with lemon honey (something like that, I cannot remember the exact flavoring). I didn't realize all of the mushroom tea are flavored the same but you have to choose the type of mushroom. I basically misread the different types of mushrooms as flavorings, that's all. No biggie, I just didn't appreciate the cashier staring at me like I had two heads instead of explaining to me I had to figure out what was "wrong".
She seriously just looked at me and said uh... and looked up at the menu. So yeah, then I read it again and realized my mistake.
Also, the day I was there, there was four staff and the shop was pretty darn busy. Yet they decided to have two employees at the front handing out samples and the other two very slowly making drinks one at a time. I waited 15 minutes for my one drink and there was only one order ahead of me which consisted of two drinks and some superfood bowl.
