| - Was at the Fashion Magazine #WMCFW awards soirée last night at the Design Exchange. The catering was done by Toben. The hors d'oeuvres were excellent. We tried the steak tartare, shrimp, veggie flatbread, mushroom risotto balls, ahi tuna, chicken sausage bites, tomato pastry, and the duck confit. Honestly the food was amazing. My personal faves were the duck confit, shrimp and flat bread. The food was all bite sized, but definitely impactful flavour wise. There was little to no mess in eating it and the servers came around fairly often. I'm not sure if they are from Toben, but regardless, they were very polite, helpful and funny and engaging. All in all, excellent food and service!
