  • My husband and I lived here for a year. Our dog did some damage to the carpet so we were charged $200 . No big deal $200 isn't to bad but They sent it straight to collections without telling us we owed it and now I have a collection agency calling saying I owe 200$ That I never knew I owed and it's on my credit. If harmony would have called me directly before I would have paid in full. I wasn't trying to avoid paying it....
