  • Stopped in because of the commercial, stayed for the awesome employees :) My experience at Shane Co was wonderful! My girlfriend wanted to stop in to do some window shopping. We were greeted by Krista who stuck around and dealt with us while we looked at literally every single ring there knowing that we were just getting a feel for what we liked. She was patient and knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Later, she turned things over to Sarah who really made us know we were shopping at the right place. She knew that at the age of 21 I was a little young to commit to anything that day but spent time out of her day to educate us on the diamonds and what makes each one unique all while not making us feel pressured or uncomfortable. At the end she went over all the pricing options so I left with all the information I needed for later on down the road. Before leaving, Sarah took notes of the size, style and stone we picked out so when we are ready we won't forget (which is good for all you guys out there). I know that is what they are paid to do but they do an excellent job, which made me want to come back when I'm ready to pop the question. Overall, the girls that helped us out ended up making our day by giving us a fun, informative and stress free experience.
