  • Potential buyer beware!!! Steer clear of this business was shopping for tires. Our first impress was great, conducted business over the phone the sales clerk was knowledgeable and courteous, or so we thought. Driving a full trailer load for a living. Needed great tires for a fair price. And guess what they had them but at another. Told the clerk. Ok. Can we get them in and have them installed today? He said yes. He asked for my card information so we can be ready to go. Of course a few moments later Discount tires also found the tires at another location for about $200 cheaper and a better warranty, also able to install today. I called to cancel with Big O tires only to be told they have to charge me a RESTOCKING FEE!?!? $25 per tire. And yes I saw it on my statement today!! $100 for doing absolutely nothing, but try to sell me the same tires at a higher cost. This all happened all within less than an hour!! They could not have possibly transported the tire that fast. Even if they did it was probably from the van Buren location which is super close to them any way. These tires are not special order. You did not get them from the Warehouse either. So there really is no restocking!!!sad to see this is how bad they are hurting for business. Even if you decide to go else they will find a way to get money out of you. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Bad business practices.
