  • I phoned Metro and talked to Kimberly Brown. I asked if I could get a quote by e-mailing the info over to them. She said yes, please do. I took the time to draw out the part, with dimensions. I also included photos of the finished part. I do quantiles of this one exact part. I waited one week with no response. I e-mailed Kim Asking if she had received my info and she said "Yes I did. I have put the request on chucks desk. kim". I waited another week and e-mailed her again asking if Chuck would be able to get a quote back any time soon. No response. To this day, 3 months have past and no response. Very unprofessional. My suggestion is don't take work here.
