  • This is a great little spot, whether you need a quick cuppa to go or want to sit and relax for a bit. Their selections are of excellent quality (more than I can say for some other "specialty tea" stores in the area) The nice thing as that this is probably as good a shop for tea novices as it is for us more experienced tea people. They are very knowledgable and friendly and even serve every pot with a tea timer to take the mystery out of brewing your tea well. I also appreciate that they have a varied selection. Many places seem to cater only to the herbal-blend crowd or only to the really traditional tea geek crowd. CTR has interesting and novel selections for both parties. I've been a serious tea connoisseur for years and CTR still was able to serve me a tasty little surprise. I noticed a lot of people ordering various herbal blends while I was there and they all seemed to be enjoying their selections as well.
