  • Debi and the girls at fit for a bride are nothing short of amazing. From the moment I first called to book my appointment, I had a ton of questions and they were so helpful and accommodating to answer and sooth my nerves. You spend a pretty penny on your WEDDING dress for YOUR day and you want to make sure it will be in good hands as far as alterations go. Well, these are most definitely the hands you can trust! I had 3 visits. My first initial visit and two fittings. Everything was done in a timely manner, with consideration of your date and making sure there was always time to squeeze in any last tweaks. I have my dress now, all clean and ready to go and my wedding is next week. It's such a weight off my shoulders to know its all pretty and safely hanging in my closet. You know when you see a professional of any kind and they do something for you and you worry you won't be able to make it look the way they did!? My maid of honor was with me all three visits and Debi coached her how to lace my corset back so it's done just right on the wedding day. She taught her how to bussle the dress as well. She was patient and encouraging each step of the way as My MOH laced and unlaced. It just made me feel confident and at ease that I'll look just the way I did when I put that dress on for the first time, fitting my body perfectly. My absolute favorite part about fit for a bride is that it is a group activity. Everyone is in the fitting area, they share in all your excitement and emotion. It is seriously an awesome experience on top of being a phenomenal alteration shop. They care genuinely about their brides, they love what they do and you can tell. That is so important. Thank you so much ladies for all your help! You've made this an experience I will always remember and cherish!
