ZERO STARS!
I manage a fleet of 9 vehicles all different makes from luxury imports to a couple P.O.S. Dodges; I have experience with many dealerships. For 4 years I've been taking cars to Prestige and for 4 years they've been nothing but headaches!
It's just around and around, never actually listening to the problem therefore never fixing it the first time.
On 2 separate occasions they've lost my keys - LOST! They had to make new ones (after waiting upwards of an hour for them to look).
I try to avoid this dealership (and Earnhardt for that matter) at all costs.
We were down to 1 Chrysler but then, unfortunately, my boss went and bought a '17 Ram a couple months ago from here - and I've already been back in for BS service issues half a dozen times.
