Five stars hotel deserves a five stars review.
All their staffs are professional, everyone remember our names and greeting us by it. They remembered the reason why we were here and ask if there is anything they can help to make our travel easier. The gentleman in the front desk, Max, is the best. He not once but twice prepared a little gift for my 13 months old daughter (check in and check out). Made my girl happy for rest of the day.
The room service can be ordered by the mini iPad in the room. But it will be faster if you call the front desk. The breakfast came with cart table along with small decor and WMF utensils. The food was okay, not astonishing but descent.
Since we are traveling with infants. They had a baby crib and welcome gift for us, a stuff animal and bath/clean kits. Very thoughtful.
