BEWARE! They push procedures that is not needed. Got charged extra $30 the two times they did dental cleaning because they said both my dogs heart rate would drop too far and they needed emergency meds. Totally seemed like a scam or they are over medicating my dogs.
Finally left after my second dog got fxied and had problems. Took her in on the weekend after her surgery because it looked infected. The "vet" said they didn't have enough weekend staff to be able to take her into surgery during the to fix some ruptured sutures. Sent us to an emergency clinic down the road. I got charged $150 AND SHE DIDNT NEED TO GO BACK IN SURGERY! They said banfield was wrong and she just needed antibiotics. No rupture. When I called Banfield they said the "vet" on staff was actually just an assistant and sent me to the clinic as a precaution.
I asked for them to pay for the emergency bill considering I purchased their pet insurance and they refused.
