While the facility and staff are top quality- I am hesitant about the value for what you pay at least when it comes to cats.
I've tried going here with 2 different cats for resolve. After $500 on the first one they claimed nothing was wrong but she continued to have issues. On the second one, after $700 for 2 visits I was told I'd have to come back a 3rd time (pay more) just to have a simple question answered regarding long-term care and feeding based on the diagnosis already made.
I figured it is my duty to inform others here. I am not sure if the rigidity is an attempt to be super duper thorough to cover their basis or a way to milk as much money as they can out of customers. My cat can't talk so I don't see the point in putting her through the stress of a 3rd appointment just to get a simple answer on feeding advice.
Individual employees seem to have their hearts in the right place - so it may be management / bottom line issues bringing about the lack of flexibility/helpfulness ??
I like that they have a no declaw policy and a separate lobby for cats but I am on the fence as to whether to continue to get care here. The vet(s) are mostly kind/ seemingly good people but I am hesitant about their level of skill. I came up with 3 stars instead of 2 based on some of the positives mentioned above plus the fact that they raise funds to care for strays and other situations needing medical help. They also try to rehome cats in need...
