After having poor customer service with surly manager attitudes, I went back to the Vons to buy some convenience items. ( shame on me )
I noticed that the four self check out kiosks had been removed and replaced with two express line kiosks.
These were marked 15 items or less same as the other express lines which usually have long lines. After waiting for a very long time with only two items,
I asked the checker, ( a manager ) why did you replace the self check/out. The answer was to give the checkers more hours. Now that's customer service
