I've been a customer for a few months, and haven't experienced poor customer service until today. The employee informed me at 8:47am that she couldn't offer me the same-day service, which they guarantee until 9:00am, because they had already put in the final load. I promptly drove less than a mile to their competition, and was greeted with "Good morning, Would you like same-day service?". Great customer service is the name of the game.
