  • If I can do 1/2 star I would do so. The reason why I'm giving a low review is because my family and I have gotten screwed over many times at this location. The first time is when we were adding a new line to our plan. There was a promotion saying if you start a new line you will receive a new tablet with no charge. Before we agreed on the tablet we asked the guy over and over to make sure there was going to be no additional charge. He said no over and over. The next month I was charged $10 for the tablet line. I called and Verizon and they told me that I was lying. Second time was just recently. I saw John at this location. I added a new line with my daughter taking the new phone and myself having her phone. My daughter joined the Verizon edge. Her phone was due for an upgrade this February. We asked JOHN if it will effect myself getting an upgrade in February. He said no. Just came home from Verizon and I can't upgrade until my daughter finishes paying off her phone. Moral of the story, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AND DO NOT SEE JOHN. You can't trust anyone in this store.
