An oldie and a classic, Triple George Grill was everything I wanted and expected it to be. I ordered the spicy shrimp and scallop linguine without the shellfish and substituted for chicken instead (yes, because I am pedestrian and basic and because I wanted to make sure it was enough food for me, because appetite).
The creole cream sauce was just the right amount of spicy, the chicken was well seasoned, and everyone else seemed to love their dishes as well. A couple of my friends had the fried chicken and they all said it was smashing (that's not the word they used but they did drool over it so shoot me). One of them said it was "crazy good". The other said it was "the bombiggity" - all good things, apparently.
The loud motorcycles parked out front were also entertaining. Some of them were loud and annoying and you wanted to throw your steak knife at them, but most of them tried to be quiet when pulling out of the spots. A couple wanted to show off but it's all part of the experience, and nothing the restaurant needs to worry about.
Just being able to sit outside on a nice hot evening and have dinner with a bunch of seemingly normal people was just a nice change from the usual asinine behavior of the strip.
