  • After buying five new cars to this point in my life, I never thought I'd be in a position to give any car dealership five stars. Then, along comes Arrowhead. I went to Arrowhead through the Costco auto buying program, and the sales price was actually lower than the lower end of the range I expected to pay, and there were no games with adding hundreds or thousands of dollars of dealer extras. Three years before, I had used the Costco program but was matched with Bell Honda, and it was hands down the worst car buying experience of my life. To this day I would rather ride a bike everywhere than do business with Bell Honda. Anyway, back to Arrowhead, salesman Ken Jugan was polite and patient, and I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours (I did stop back later in the day to pick the car up to give them some time to prep it). When it's time to buy again, I will definitely go back to Arrowhead through the Costco program.
