I've been a Sprint customer for over 15 years and I had NEVER had such a bad experience as I did in this store(748). I was assisted by Edwin and the "manager" Jessy T. by far the WORSE customer service EVER. I walked in to do what I thought would a simple upgrade, since I knew exactly what I wanted. Something that could have been done it 30 mins max took over 2 hours. I Understand they are "SALES representatives" but these reps took the "sales" part to an extreme. Giving a customer a hard time to buy a phone all because one is not buying the phone the way the rep wants it's unbelievable and unacceptable. Jessy kept insisting I get a lease on the phone after I clearly stated that's not what I wanted.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.
