  • As a board member and an owner, my experience with The Management Trust has left me with the impression that this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with...period. Not just the worst property management company, but ANY company. They are just jaw dropping, are you fucking kidding me, bad. Major Update June 2017: After seeing suspicious invoices our HOA dug into the situation and found out our property manager was stealing from our HOA. The eventual amount was over $50 thousand dollars. The police were brought in and apparently an employee at The Management Trust was stealing money from other HOAS as well, to the tune of over $200 thousand dollars. In June of 2017 the Scottsdale police arrested and charged this person. ANY HOA would be insane to hire this company or continue to do business with this company. They denied any wrong duing when initially presented with the facts. It was only after they realized this person was stealing from other HOAS did they finally do the right thing.
