rev:text	Worth EVERY penny. I was in town visiting my parents with my oldest daughter. They watched my dog for two weeks so I treated them to this show, in Saturday 4pm. For some reason, I've always loved magic, enough though I'm awful at it. But there's something so amazing about leaving the real world behind and just being amazed with not knowing how something is done. David Copperfield is a living legend. It sounds cheesy but who else is there? David Blaine is also great but Copperfield is the Michael Jordan of magicians/illusionists. The show is ridiculous. It starts a little slow then it gets going at a good pace. At one point, he makes and entire car appear over audience members holding pillars on the stage. They come out, hold them them they take out a damn sheet, wave it and a friggin car appears. It's insane. I have no idea how they got it on there so quickly. I don't want to ruin the rest. I promise, it's so good though. The only note would be that there's a 'cute' alien which I have no idea how they make work. However, my only note would be that the voice is this NY cab driver type and it completely doesn't work. They need to make it a "cute" voice so when he says what he says it will actually be even funnier. It's not a surprise when you hear him. Okay... the big question; IS IT GOOD FOR KIDS? I wanted to know this ahead of time. I'd say it's actually PG-13 with some language like "GD," "asshole," and "son of a bitch." If your kid can handle that, then cool, that's all there is. There aren't women helpers in bikinis or anything and the acts are all family friendly. But yeah, I highly recommend seeing him. He's a legend.
