  • For a reasonably-priced apartment, this is likely as good as it gets. If you were here prior to the takeover by RK Properties, give it another look. There are multiple pools, two with hot tubs. They're always clean. The management is very friendly and helpful. There are security guards which walk the property very frequently. There are a lot of people with pets, but surprisingly very little barking at night. Lawns are cut & cleaned frequently, trees are trimmed. Other renters seem friendly. Recently, they've been updating the roofs & painting all the buildings. It's a well-managed complex. You can get a bigger or nicer apartment elsewhere, but you'll pay a lot more.
