  • Great location (a 5 minute walk from Broadview subway), great drinks and excellent seating. I had the double shot mocha ($4.25); it was super creamy, and was made with Ghirardelli chocolate syrup (um, yes please). I especially loved the outdoor seating. Service was also great; friendly, and quick, with the exception of iced tea. My friend ordered an iced green tea and she had to wait quite a while for the tea to be steeped and for them to ice it; part of it probably had to do with the sudden rush that came after she ordered, but nonetheless, it was a bit of a wait (however, the green tea was pretty good).
