  • What a disappointment in this company. They advertised a home to rent, so I scheduled with an automated system. They texted back right away asking for a copy of my drivers license and said they would then text me the access code to get into the home. Never got it in time for the appointment they gave me. In fact three days later, still nothing. I have sold real estate in Phoenix for years, and have never encountered such bad service. I would like to know what they are really doing with the copy of my drivers license.. I have left voicemails, texts, emails, NO RESPONSE to any of them. Very unprofessional, horrid customer service.
