  • Ken is one of the most honest guys I have ever encountered. I called one company prior to them wish I could remember who but they said I needed an entire new system. I called Ken for a second opinion and it was just a blown circuit breaker. Which he easily fixed I asked for a tune up and instead of paying thousands on a new two units I paid under $100- and six years later I still use them for General matinence but my AC is still working just fine and has not been replaced yet but if that time arises I will be using them . Also even in the summer time they get to you fairly quickly. I know all AC units tend to act up when we're using them most often but their response time is awesome
