  • Horrible front office. Called for two days leaving messages with no response after my fiancé was prescribed a medication that was not covered by her insurance and asked for one that wasn't $1,200 . Finally had to go up to the office at which point was met with attitude of indifference and an overall lack of concern for not only the trouble we had gone through but physical pain that was endured by my fiancé because of their lack of attention to our issue. I might add that the girl at the front desk passed the blame off on the doctor so in the end it was not just the office at fault but according to the lackie the doctor was just as culpable for our horrible experience. I really can not stress into words just how bad it really was. I'm 42 and it was by far the worst experience I or my fiancé have ever gone through with any doctor. Watching someone you love in pain and the people you turn to for help being so unprofessional and just really uncaring was beyond difficult. Whatever your situation do yourself a favor and keep looking for someone else.
