I would like to say I own a Nissan Altima and I absolutely love my car! However, when it comes to Camelback Nissan customer service over the phone they are definitely unorganized and unprofessional! I called in ahead of time to get a quote on my brakes And mentioned that I had $50 dollar coupon from their website and was quoted $139.95. I jot down the estimate and continued on with my price matching. I ran into Just Brakes who had outstanding customer service and they were able to price match what ever Nissan was offering but I had to find out what breaks they were offering. Great right? So, I called back into Nissan Camelback and got a different guy and as I was explaining everything the previous gentlemen quoted me and was interrupted by the gentlemen and he said " we don't do breaks for that price". In my head I'm saying Ok?? I continued on and asked why it jumped to $139.95 to $190.00. Big difference to be quoting incorrect prices! He then asked me who I spoke to and I told him I don't recall but it was less then 30 mins ago. Then the gentlemen asked me if I wanted to know who quoted me that price and I said sure. He asked everyone in the service department and of coarse no one gave me that quote! I'm
The liar and I have to be ridiculed in front everyone that works there. Wonderful service Nissan auto department and it's no wonder why you guys continue to get bad ratings! I then ended the call and decided to just go with just brakes. There friendly customer service is much preferred over Nissan auto service and won't be returning back for any auto services.
