I received a text asking me to rate my experience at this Verizon... I did not respond immediately with a " Sad face" because I was so frustrated. I have been with Verizon for about 15 years and have 10 phone lines. What I learned is that at this store absolutely does not care if you have been a loyal customer! I thought that my experience might be an isolated incident, but when I decided to rate this location, poor customer service appears to be the norm. My recommendation is if you are going to stay with Verizon go to another location for service.
