  • I received the same "external factors delay" message from LaserShip that most of you have received. After reading the reviews online, I've put together that the drivers are independent contractors, and if they don't have time to deliver the packages, they just take them back to the warehouse. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/16. I cleared entire afternoons the following week hoping to be home for the delivery. Each day it was pushed back another day because of "external factors". I finally got a "delivered" message, only I'm not home and I live in an apartment(and the office was closed), which means they just left it at my doorstep. Now, I'm at the mercy of my neighbors hoping no one steals the package before I get home. I'm beyond livid right now. Whenever I called the company's phone number, my call went to voicemail. I still haven't heard from them. I sent the company I ordered from a nastygram about the decision to use LaserShip for this delivery. Also, giving a company 1 star is bogus...if a company, as terrible as LaserShip, deserves zero stars, then we should be able to do so.
